員工關係專員-(渥特內部職缺) 【工作內容描述】 Job Summary: The member works on the customer’s premises as the staffing, Human Resources management and support for all direct contract labor employees on assignment at that customer location.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Meet with using managers and potential users on a regular basis to monitor quality, assess upcoming needs, current service level, new or changing issues in the department. • Counsel employees on issues including, but not limited to, performance, attitude, inappropriate dress, language, attendance, policies. • Address employee relations issues as well as contingent workforce questions/concerns; hiring, terminating, counseling. • Document all personnel issues. • Facilitate group meetings of all contract workforce personnel to inform, train, reiterate existing policy. • Conduct orientation, including security/safety procedures. • Develop programs to recognize individual or team efforts and to enhance morale. • Provide various customer departments with reports per their request. • Communicate all information to branches, back-up services and/or subcontractors on a timely basis. • Provide training as determined with the customer. • Provide customer with reports and information in a timely manner. • Represent the Company and the customer in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner.
Education requirements
• University degree with HR degree a plus
Other requirements • Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Access • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. • Excellent organizational skills. Detail oriented. • Ability to prioritize duties and work well with deadlines. • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks.
