職務說明：
1.This position is accountable for working closely with various division and department managers to recruit and retain a qualified and competent workforce by implementing and administering appropriate Human Resource programmes and services. This responsibility is for staff below senior management level in Taiwan.
2.This position is also accountable for planning, developing and implementing training programmes and career development programmes.
3.This position is also accountable for the payroll function of all staff located in Taiwan. Qualified candidate needs to be detailed oriented and efficiently in Excel.
4.This position is also accountable for the cost efficiency of the overall office administration services in Taiwan and for creating a work environment where staff is happy, motivated and productive.

2.At lease 5 years of strong HR management experience in MNC, service industry preferred. Graduated with Master in Human Resource is preferred.
3. Skills to ensure that HR actively contributes to the business goals and organization, as well as dealing with varied staffing issues.
4. Strong knowledge of Taiwan local law and HR best practices.
5. Familiar with Training System and ability to conduct training planning and implementation for company wide.
6. Willing to take the job as full function HR and to have responsible for recruiting, training, C&B and other required projects of people development & employee activities.
7. Sense of humor, commitment to professionalism, commitment to customer service and willingness to work hard.
8. Results driven with an enthusiastic approach work.
9. Good communicator, listener and team player.
