【工作內容】
Plan, monitors, coordinates and conducts training activities effectively in order to upgrade the performance of our employees to meet the hotel standard.

接受身份:上班族 工作經歷:5年以上 學歷要求:專科、大學、碩士 科系要求:不拘 語文條件:英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通 擅長工具: Windows 7 、Access 、Excel 、Outlook 、PowerPoint 、Word 工作技能:員工教育訓練與需求分析 其他條件: * Assess training needs based on hotel business plan and opinion surveys from guests and colleagues * Able to develop annual training plan for general skills, knowledge, languages, and areas for improvement based on the result of training need analysis * Able to conduct orientation for new hire and introduce Hotel Group, Vision, Mission, and Guiding Principles. * Review external training request and coordinates with external training in the implementing and conducting of training * Able to develop various training reports to incorporate with System, and measurements toward the the effectiveness of training programs * TTQS certified with actual experience
