工作內容: 1. Provide human resource direction and support to all employees 2. Lead and facilitate change initiatives through the use of HR consultation skills 3. Facilitate and counsel leadership team to optimize employee engagement, team development and organizational effectiveness 4. Establish and refine the HR infrastructure to ensure the policies, processes and systems are in place to support the HR activities 5. Prepare annual budget of all employee’s compensation and benefits as well as employee’s group events 6. Guide and monitor the operations of Employee Welfare Committee to ensure the proper resources allocation as well as effective employee’s group activities implementation 7. Develop and automate HR service delivery systems to provide mass-customization services to employees 8. Ensure that all statutory and company’s regulations and standards relate to compliance with the Taiwan Labor Standard Laws and Insurance Laws are meet 9. Partnering with HR CoE to ensure successful implementation of initiatives 10. This position will report to the Regional Head of Human Resources and will have dotted line reporting to the General Manager.

Excellent knowledge of human resource practices, policies, and applicable laws 2. Good knowledge on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Taiwan Training Quality System (TTQS) 3. Excellent analytical and people development skills 4. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills 5. Strong leadership and supervisory skills 6. Proficiency with the use of English 7. Good PC skills on MS Office application software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint B. APTITUDE 1. Hands-on self-starter, capable of juggling multiple priorities and strong business acumen 2. Ability to foster change and promote and implement improvement 3. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and report to a matrix organization EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of progressive HR experience in which at least 4-year experience in managerial position; MBA is a preferred. 2.
