工作內容:.HR Matter • Maintain employee data • Review and check payroll service prepared by external consulting firm, assist payroll project activities, yearly individual income tax reporting process, and administration process. • Manage employee relationship and employee engagement. • Review and prepare employee group insurance • Basic knowledge of local labor law
Accounting Matter
• Review, check and process all invoice and payment request • In charge of payment, billing process and Expense report • Handles withholding tax and VAT • Closely work with external audit firm and consulting firm on local reporting and compliance issue • Closely work with Finance team based in Shanghai on other finance reports issue • Basic knowledge of local tax and accounting law/regulation
Office Administration Matter
• Handle general office administration matters • In charge of company license annual filing and renewal process • Closely work with real estate team on office space management • Basic knowledge of local regulation
