台北美國學校 誠徵【Human Resources Secretary】 (需求人數:1 人)(2012-07-10) 【職務說明】Job summary: To provide high quality HR administrative support services covering substitute arrangements, leave system, new teacher orientation, school-wide HR events and logistics to ensure Taipei American School HR operates smoothly and without interruption in regards to routine support systems.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily faculty and support staff substitution arrangement to ensure classes and offices operations are uninterrupted as well as preparation of monthly sub payroll reports 2. Maintain the TAS employee leave system in compliance with the school policy and standards 3. Provide logistics supports to Assistant HR Director to organize new faculty orientation program and new faculty survey 4. Provide administrative supports to new faculty arrival and settle-in arrangements covering airport pick-up, temporary housing arrangement and HR meet & greet schedule, settle-in allowance advance and arrival reimbursements, and campus tour upon arrival 5. Plan, organize, manage logistic and assist HR-hosted school-wide events to ensure the success of the events 6. Provide HR administrative services covering the preparation of faculty and support staff expenses reimbursement requests, confidential and leave reports, proof of employment, HR documents and maintain substitute personal files, arrange faculty & staff parking, new employee ID card 7. Administer HR Office petty cash and office supplies to fulfill administrative works Essential Selection Criteria: • Strict confidentiality with ability to manage successfully and independently with staff concerns, issues and sensitive information in a professional manner • Highly effective time management skills and punctuality • Highly effective administrative, organizational and office skills with attention to details • Effective communication skills with excellent customer service orientation • Ability to work independently and make sound judgment as required • Ability to rapidly and consistently produce error-free correspondence, reports and records. • Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software required and is capable of learning job specific software required • Ability to understand, communicate, comply and interpret basic immigration regulations, visa or HR related inquiries • College or University graduate. HRM or Business Administration major preferred • At least two-year fulltime work experience in HR support function • Advance English proficiency and near Native Mandarin proficiency in speaking, writing, reading and listening
