工作內容：
Develop and execute the annual strategic marketing plan with global business/ marketing teams to ensure the annual business target realization
¨Responsible for attaining MRD/ PRD objectives and business development activities
¨Work closely with technical, business and marketing teams to create strategy of technology value proposition, differentiation strategies and define key messages to targeted customer segmentation
¨Provide meaningful market insight to support long term strategic business development plan through analyzing and tracking customer needs/ behavior, market trends, government policy and competition dynamic
¨Lead marketing efforts along with product, sales functions to create market demands, build customer preference and improve corporate image awareness
¨Keep close communication and interaction with industry associations, ecosystem, develop thought leadership programs and advisory programs to strengthen cooperated leading position and influential power
¨Lead to develop diversified marketing and sales tools to support business development, like brochure, video, etc.

1. University or higher degree needed.
2. 5 years relative working experience in semiconductor Sales, product marketing, designer, engineer, or related technical training a must
3. Candidate with experience in foundry and fabless related industries is preferred; Travel Frequency: around 20-30％, responsible to visit customers and give executive presentations both internally and externally
