工作內容 •HR Admin 1.Full spectrum of human resources functions 2.Participate and support the roll out of HR initiatives or projects 3.Other related ad-hoc duties assigned
•Recruitment and Selection 1.Maintain and monitor Group Headcount Plan to meet target 2.Work closely with all local HR to follow up day-to-day recruitment status 3.Works closely with hiring directors/ managers to meet hiring needs 4.Job portal posting and shorting of all incoming resumes 5.Monitor and coordinator of Group recruitment and selection process 6.Management Head hunter relationship and maintain efficiency recruitment activities 7.Manages end to end on boarding process including induction 8.Online application, issuance, renewal and cancellation of work passes 9.Set up and maintain SOP of recruitment process for all Group 10.Manage Group Contract Files to meet local labour law and present efficient legitimization
•Compensation and Benefits 1.Monitor and execute Group Payroll processing for all SEA countries 2.Manage 3rd party communication, professional service and all related issues 3.Conduct and support annual employees income tax report 4.Drafting of HR policies, employee handbook and SOP planning 5.Conduct communication and implementation of HR policies 6.Proposal on remuneration packages and handles leave administration 7.Review and control all SEA benefit plans 8.Execute and maintain salary survey database and related activities
•Employee Relations 1.Execute efficient employees’ retention activities 2.Involved in resolution of employee relation issues 3.Provides diplomatic and accurate advices when required 4.Engage in effective communication processes with employees 5.Coordinate and provides support on festival events 6.Proposal of employee rewards and benefits
•Performance Management 1.Assist annual PM program, including Group communication 2.Execute annual PM administration, including evaluation forms, analysis and reports 3.Conduct Group PM training for all employees 4.Oversees the performance of staff; development, annual reviews and corrective action plans 5.Ensures accuracy and timely delivery of PM result and files to meet PM schedule
