* Assess training needs based on hotel business plan and opinion surveys from guests and colleagues
* Able to develop annual training plan for general skills, knowledge, languages, and areas for improvement based on the result of training need analysis
* Able to conduct orientation for new hire and introduce Hotel Group, Vision, Mission, and Guiding Principles.
* Review external training request and coordinates with external training in the implementing and conducting of training
* Able to develop various training reports to incorporate with System, and measurements toward the the effectiveness of training programs
* TTQS certified with actual experience
