Execute and administer HR programs and processes including Compensation and Benefits execution, Recruiting Operation, People Development and all HR related activities/operation.
Ensure effective and efficient Compensation & Benefits programs administration and execution including monthly payroll, monthly & annual withholding tax affairs, insurance programs (LI/NHI/GI), and company benefit programs.
Responsible for whole hiring cycle which includes interview candidates, recommendations and work closely with managers to close each hiring effectively in timely manner.
Analyze business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities.
Administers programs designed to establish and maintain effective employee relations through the equitable application of policies and procedures also ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations.
Assists in the integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders, succession plan and drive business change efforts
Payroll and insurance related operation experience for 1-2 years
Familiar with Excel functions
Familiar with personnel related regulations and operation including labor law, tax law, insurance and pension dimensions.
