Supervise: HR Intern
· Review the calculation of salary, overtime, incentive payment etc. as prepared by payroll outsourcing vendors.
· Administer various benefit insurance including GI, NHI and LI. Obtain quotation and prepare comparison in each policy year to ensure that the employee benefit and cost are competitive with markets.
· Supervise and ensure an up-to-date personal files and records are maintained
· Prepare annual company withholding report
· Supervise the administration aspects of recruitment activities such as placement advertise, contact employment agencies, prepare recruitment reports and statistics.
· Interview and co-ordinate with various departments in recruiting clerical and retail employees.
· Provide HR services to all staff, interpret and ensure understanding of HR policies and procedures, maintain good labour relations, provide counselling services, alert management for any employee issues.
· Conduct orientation for new employees and exit interviews for departing employees
· Prepare various report including headcount, labour cost, cost allocation, turnover analysis.
· Maintain agreement & daytime monitor the quality & performance on stationary vendor, printing vendor & cleaning company etc..
