This position will be about helping Aunt Stella find, retain, and grow talent within the organization. You’ll also be a part of a growing startup-like culture as the brand undergoes an overhaul of processes and policies internally to create the most attractive work environment for full time & part time members.
It will be a work that will require you to be flexible in your thinking and will be support in challenging the status quo making it initially very hard work but rewarding nevertheless. In order to keep within the boundaries and policies of the labor department, your knowledge regarding HR law/government policies will be tested. Top management will rely on your skills in the survey and execution of important policies to increase employee retention and overall employee happiness.
To achieve the above tasks, the candidate must have strong technician abilities listed as followed:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and labor regulations
- Preferably 2-3 year recruitment experience in F&B industry
- Full function HR experience, including payroll, recruitment, employee health and labor insurances, C&B etc.
- Initiative, open minded and welcome challenges
- Fluent in mandarin and spoken English
