工作說明
Budget
• Plan and control the annual Personnel Cost and HR Budget of Tawian.
Recruitment
• Plan and work out the annual manpower plan in accordance with the business needs.
• Assist dept heads with recruitment & selection activities.
• Identify, work with the most effective sources to recruit employee.
Training & Development
• Coordinate the roll-out of in-house training & development programs (e.g. Inductions, Sales Training & Leadership programs) including facilitation, management of schedule & facilitators, preparation/ pre-work & workshop materials.
• Selection and management of external training providers.
• Support the development & delivery of Succession Planning.
Compensation & Benefits
• Management of workers compensation premiums & payments.
• Ensure correct and timely payroll administration/ proceedings.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations.
• Support Welfare Committee operations.
Policies and Procedures
• Plan, Organize and Review HR policies and procedures.
People & Organization
• Manage all performance / behaviour issues in a accordance with company directions.
• Ensure effective communication and engagement across the team.
• Ensure environment is healthy and safe for customers and employee.
HR Reports
• Prepare reports for HR manager request
• Update HC reports
• Update O’chart
