友順科技股份有限公司【人資高專(HRD)】 (需求人數:1人 )( 2018/02/14) 工作地點:新北市三重區重新路五段609巷16號4樓之2工作內容: •制定和審查招聘和聘用政策,發展和維持招聘渠道,設計和規劃招聘工具,實施面試做法和信用調查,以提高面試的質量和有效性。 •選用訓留之人資發展管理全週期招聘流程。(例如:人才選拔,人才聘雇,人才培養和留才) •幫助維護各種招聘跟踪報告,並在適用情況下加強現有的報告。 •在行業標準心理測評和KPI方面擁有豐富的經驗。 •負責實施與追蹤招募、培訓及績效管理目標及預算,提高管理水平。 •定期提供和分析組織的人力資源,做出相關有效的報告,提供人力資源管理建議,以保持組織人力資源的最佳利用和分配。 •保持組織訊息和人員公告等訊息,保證即時通訊同事的最新訊息。 •立即關注政府最新的勞動法規,確保公司聘用政策符合規定。 •主管指派之專案任務。 •Establish and review recruitment and appointment policies, develop and maintain recruitment channels, design and plan recruiting tools, implement interviewing practices and credit investigation to enhance the quality and effectiveness of interviews. •Manage the full-cycle recruitment process. (Example: Selection of Talents, Appointment of Talents, Training of Talents, and Retaining of Talents.) •Help to maintain various recruitment tracking reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable. •Proven experience and certification in industry standard psychometric assessment and KPI. • Responsible for implementing and tracking recruitment, training and performance management goals and budgets and improving management. •Regularly provide and analyze the organization‘s human resources, make relevant and effective reports and provide human resources management suggestions to maintain the best use and distribution of the organization‘s human resources. •To maintain the organization information and personnel bulletins and other information to ensure that instant messaging my colleagues the latest information. •Immediate attention to the government the latest labor laws and regulations to ensure that the company appointment policy in line with the provisions. •Head of department assigned project tasks. 工作時間:日班09:00~18:00 休假制度:週休二日 工作待遇:面議 工作性質:全職 職務類別:人事/人力資源專員、教育訓綀人員、人事/人力資源主管 到職日期:不限 工作福利:員工旅遊、供餐福利、進修補助、員工聚餐
